RETURNS AND REFUNDS
At Killer Coffee, we want your experience to be the best, which is why we put a lot of effort when we roast and pack our products, as well as in our customer service. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your coffee order or our merch, let us know as soon as you receive your order.
Coffee
We do not accept returns on coffee due to its perishable nature; however, we want you to be satisfied with your coffee experience. Please contact us for a replacement bag within 15 days of your order date.
Merchandise
If you bought a t-shirt or thermos and need to change, please contact us within 15 days. All returned merchandise must be unused with all packaging contents.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Missing or Damaged Products
- Contact us as soon as you notice your shipment is missing. We’ll have a replacement on its way to you in no time.
- For damaged shipments, let us know within seven days. We will gladly send a replacement.
- Whenever possible, please share a photo of the damaged item & box for quality training purposes so we can serve you better the next time.
How to return items
If you need to exchange a merchandise item for the same item where it is not related to products being broken, defective, or the wrong size received from Killer Coffee, please contact us at support@killercoffeebeans.com and send the items back using a trackable shipping method to 150 NW 16th St, Boca Raton, FL 33432.
